KOWN is an eyewear brand based in Salman City, Bahrain, operating this store at kown.shop. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, delivery address, phone number and email address. Because we currently accept Cash on Delivery only, we do not collect or store card details at any point.
When you contact us: whatever you choose to tell us by email, WhatsApp or the contact form — typically your name, contact details and your message.
When you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived. This is collected through cookies and server logs.
Why we use it
- To take, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it
- To handle returns, refunds and warranty questions
- To answer enquiries you send us

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Children
This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
